As part of Aoberg Koncepts Limited’s commitment to corporate social responsibility, we recognise that our construction activities and business decisions extend beyond our organisation and stakeholders. They directly impact the communities and environments that support our daily lives and livelihoods.

We therefore strive to operate responsibly and sustainably, contributing positively to society and the environment through intentional actions and initiatives. Our commitment to giving back is reflected in several key areas, including but not limited to the following:

  • Community Road Rehabilitation: Minor road repairs, drainage clearing, and pothole fixes in host communities to improve safety and access.
  • Youth Skills & Apprenticeship Program: Training young people in basic construction skills (masonry, welding, safety practices) with on-site mentorship.
  • Construction Safety Awareness Campaign: Free safety talks and materials for local artisans and subcontractors on PPE use and site safety.
  • Support for Local Schools: Renovation of classrooms, provision of desks, or improvement of sanitation facilities in public schools near project sites.
  • Environmental Clean-Up & Drainage Maintenance: Periodic clean-up of construction-affected areas, drainage desilting, and proper waste management.
  • Local Employment & Supplier Inclusion: Prioritising local labour and sourcing materials from community-based suppliers where possible.
